Market soundings are interactions between sellers of financial instruments and one or more potential investors. The purpose of market soundings is, amongst other things, to assess potential investors’ interest in future transactions, including pricing, size, and structure. Market soundings could include initial public offerings (“IPO”) or possible subsequent offerings of securities that differ from ordinary trading.
If FCG Fonder does not wish to receive market soundings regarding a certain type of security, or a certain information provider, in the future, this information will be communicated.
According to market abuse regulation, MAR, FCG Fonder has selected certain contacts for market soundings. FCG Fonder will only participate in market soundings regarding Nordic Equity.
